Henry Kyemba was a Ugandan politician who is known for his association with the political developments in Uganda. He served as a government minister and held a key position in the Ugandan government during the rule of President Idi Amin in the 1970s. Kyemba played a significant role in Idi Amin’s regime as the Minister of Health and later as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs.
