Requirements:

• Ability to operate and maintain food production machinery.
• Safely operate and maintain indoor farming equipment inclusive of planting and harvesting machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Work closely with the farming team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative farming environment.
• Experience in indoor vertical farming operations is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Gold Coast region
