I’ll campaign vigorously for NPP if Napo is made running mate – Kennedy Agyapong
Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, has pledged to campaign actively for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) if Manhyia South MP Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh is selected running mate.
He claims that the only minister who has good human ties with party members is the Energy Minister.
According to Kennedy Agyapong, such a person needs to be on the New Patriotic Party ticket if the party is to break the eight.
He called all other ministers ungrateful and stated that he would not campaign for the NPP if any other person was chosen as a running mate.
“Some ministers who have received my help in the past are now ungrateful. Apart from NAPO, every minister is ungrateful. If you mention NAPO as my running mate, today I will come and campaign for the NPP. If they mention any other person, I will not campaign”.
