The Midwife of the Centre, Ms. Exornam Togbar, who received the items, expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the donors. She acknowledged that the drugs would be administered to patients who visit the health centre for treatment.

“For the most part, our patients come from low-income backgrounds and cannot afford the cost of medication. This donation will go a long way in helping to alleviate their suffering,” Ms. Togbar said.

She went on to appeal to other philanthropists and donors to come to their aid, saying that the health centre is in dire need of more support.

Reverend Paul Adafia, Chairman of ‘Leklebi Connect’ (an organization of all Leklebi Citizens in Ghana) also thanked the donors for their kind gestures. He prayed for God’s protection and blessings for them.

Mr. Christopher Degboe, Secretary/Linguist to the Chief of Leklebi-Dugah, who led representatives from the adjoining towns like Dugah, Daffor, Agbesia, Fiafe, Kame, and Kudzra, also expressed gratitude to the donors for their generosity.

The donation of assorted drugs to the Leklebi-Duga Health Centre will go a long way in providing much-needed support to the local community. It is heartwarming to see individuals and organizations come together to help those in need, especially during these challenging times.
