According to Emmanuel Kwaku Tobis, an assemblyman representing Tanokrom West, he learned about the tragic development from a resident of his electoral district, according to Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson, the host of Connect FM’s Omanbapa morning show.

“A resident contacted to inform me that a body had been discovered inside an unfinished structure. I arrived at the location and made a police call. I noticed after giving the young man a close examination that he does not live in our neighborhood and that no one in this area is familiar with him.

He claims that the deceased’s hanging position calls for an explanation.

“When police crime unit officers arrived on the scene, they thought there had been foul play. They assert that the body was recently transported here after he may have been killed elsewhere. It is unclear how he was able to hang himself when his right leg was also dangling from the same rope, the man continued.

Since then, the deceased’s body has been left at the mortuary for an autopsy while police launch their inquiries into the terrible incident’s triggers.
