Isaac K. Normanyo of Adom News has learned that the event took place on Saturday.

Eric Addo (aka Nana One), a distressed relative, said the family finds it difficult to understand why anyone would view the deceased as a kidnapper.

The deceased, a welder, was peaceful and enjoyed playing with kids a lot, according to Mr. Addo, and was engaged in just such an activity when the sad tragedy occurred.

He described how the murderers forced the victim to drink a mixture of soiled oil and acid and added that he had cutlass cuts on various regions of his body.

Nana Oduro Frikyi, the Odikro of Adiembra, disclosed that if a criminal is arrested or any inhabitant misbehaves, they are usually hauled before him.

So, he finds it difficult to comprehend why some individuals chose to usurp the legal system this time.

In addition to demanding justice, a group of angry teenagers who claimed the dead was a close friend of theirs and proclaimed his innocence have threatened retaliatory attacks.

Nine people, including two women, have been detained by the police in the meanwhile for the horrible deed.
