Today is Wednesday. The same amount of the week has passed as it did previously. Now is the week’s most difficult moment to be creative. It’s noteworthy to remember that motivation is mostly driven by results. It’s rewarding when you put a lot of work into something and get results.

I am aware of the long, arduous hours some of you put in and the meagre compensation you occasionally get. When your efforts don’t seem to be having much of an impact, it may be quite tough to stay motivated. Right now, we are all sincere in our desire for outcomes. We all want to see change in the world today.

You decide to start a diet, and the person providing you advise has been adhering to the same regimen for three months, yet she is still overweight. How do you continue to be inspired?

You start saving for your dream home by putting away 200 cedis each month. After three months, you don’t even have enough cash to buy a bed. How do you continue to be inspired?

In addition to taking examinations, you must study from several different textbooks. You have been studying for three hours and are still on page one. How do you continue to be inspired?

True progress is frequently gradual, but it is also true that plodding along saps morale. A significant change typically comes with a number of little tweaks. Be positive about even minor changes.

Take pleasure in each little accomplishment because before you know it, you’ll be standing there, reflecting, and thinking, “Wow, I did all that?” Of course you did. tiny by tiny.

My friends, when we look at the problems of today, such as rising inflation, plummeting currencies, haircuts on investments, job losses, closures of businesses, and corruption, it seems that we are quite a ways from finding solutions. We also need our results immediately, though.

Wednesday is now. The week has partly passed. Although it can seem like the weekend is still far off, take a moment to reflect back and be grateful that you have already completed as much work as is remaining to be completed. Get pumped up; you’re halfway there. Simply inhale deeply and savour each moment as it comes because it will gradually add up to the final, satisfying outcomes you desire.
