Nominees for NASCO Player of the Month for April Announced in Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the shortlist of players for the NASCO player of the month award for April in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League. Four players made it to the list and will be vying for the prestigious award. The award recognizes the exceptional performance of female football players in the league.

Gladys Amfobea of Ladystrikers, Victoria Salifu of Berry Ladies, Princess Owusu of Fabulous Ladies, and Helena Obeng of Prisons Ladies made the list for the NASCO player of the month award. Amfobea scored five goals and won one player of the match award in April. Salifu scored four goals and won one player of the match award during the month. Owusu scored six goals and won one player of the match award, while Obeng scored six goals and won two player of the match awards.

The award aims to encourage and motivate female football players to put in their best performance during the season. The winner of the award will receive a 32 inch NASCO Television set from Electroland Ghana.

All in all, the award recognizes the contribution of the players to the league and the effort they put into their performances. The winner will be announced on Friday, and we wish all the nominees the best of luck.
