Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan is where Ara Martirosyan was born. He began singing at the age of five, according to News Unzip, and went on to study at Yerevan’s Komitas State Conservatory.
In the early 1990s, he started his singing career and soon became well-known in Armenia and other countries.
Ara Martirosyan was renowned for his distinct musical taste and voice. Throughout his career, he put out a number of albums, including “Arevik,” “Siro Ashun,” “Du Es,” “Yes U Do,” and “Imn Es.”
In addition, he composed music for other vocalists. He had a sizable fan base and his music was well-liked by many.
Over his career, Ara Martirosyan was the recipient of numerous honors. In 2001, 2003, and 2005, he was the recipient of the Golden Lyre Award for Best Male Singer in Armenia.
He also took up the Best Pop Album and Best Male Singer honors from the Armenian Music Awards. His efforts to the music business were well-received and acknowledged.
