According to the coach, he believes that within three years of managing either of these teams, he could win the CAF Champions League or the CAF Confederations Cup.

In an interview with Akoma FM, Coach Bashiru Hayford shared his coaching strategy, stating that he would use his first year of appointment to assess the players, groom the team and correct some mistakes. In the second year, with some little infusion of new players, he believes the team would be good to go. If they don’t win the league in his second year, they will surely win it in the third season.
