The Role of Mothers in Determining Child IQ Levels, According to Ghanaian Forensic Psychologist Dr. Kwame Agyemang Boakye Danquah
Mothers have a crucial role to play in the development of their children, including their IQ levels, according to Dr. Kwame Agyemang Boakye Danquah, a Ghanaian Forensic Psychologist based in the United States of America.
During an interview on Joy FM’s Personality Profile, he stated that a mother’s constant presence and influence can significantly impact a child’s intelligence and behavior. He attributed his own success to his mother’s discipline and guidance, which instilled in him the ability to fight his own battles and not depend on anyone.
Dr. Boakye Danquah also emphasized the importance of fathers in the lives of their children, noting that their attention, care, education, and security are essential for a child’s future success. Although his father provided financial support for the family and taught him not to be afraid, he was not always present for his children. Dr. Boakye Danquah called on fathers to not only provide for their families but also be actively involved in their children’s lives.
In addition to his work as a Forensic Psychologist and Fraud Investigator, Dr. Boakye Danquah is the President of the Ghana Advocacy Group (GAG). He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the Ghanaian community in the United States and around the world. Through GAG, he played a crucial role in the implementation of the Year of Return, Ghana 2019, which aimed to unite Africans in the Diaspora with those on the continent.
Dr. Boakye Danquah is also a business magnate with interests in the Tourism, Health, Insurance, Media, and Communication industries. He has used pageantry to promote Ghana’s culture and tourism potential in the United States, earning him recognition and awards from the Ghanaian community and local officials.
All in all, Dr. Kwame Agyemang Boakye Danquah’s insights into the influence of parents on their children’s development serve as a reminder of the importance of active involvement and engagement in their lives. Mothers and fathers have unique roles to play in shaping their children’s future success, and their efforts can have a lasting impact on their lives.
