The Asamankese Royal Kyidom Family has installed a young Police Chief Inspector, Kwadwo Anin-Kissi Armah Aboagye, as the Kyidomhene of Asamankese Traditional Area. Baffour Kwadwo Armah III, the head of the royal family, performed the coronation ceremony and promised to lead with integrity and follow the footsteps of his predecessors.
During his coronation, the new Kyidomhene pledged to work hard to lift the name of Asamankese and to help the youth in any way possible. He was nominated by the Queen Mother, Abusuapanin, and the royal family, and accepted by the Chief of Asamankese Traditional Area, Osaberima Adu Darko III, and the elders after going through all necessary customary rites.
The young Chief Inspector is expected to bring his experience in law enforcement to his new role and work collaboratively with the traditional leaders to promote development in the area.
