Who Owns The Signature Apartments?
The Founder and Group Chairman of Kasapreko Company Ltd, Dr. Kwabena Adjei, Owns the Signature Apartments. Dr. Kwabena Adjei, sometimes referred to as Nkonya Terminator was a Member of Parliament for the Biakoye Constituency in the Oti region of Ghana.
He was also the former chairman of the National Democratic Congress.
Dr Adjei, in his remarks, said his philosophy for quality had been his hallmark and the launch of the Signature Apartments was to change the real estate marketing by providing a unique service that was missing in the real estate environment in the country.
The 209-room apartments will be built by an Italian construction firm, Michelle Group, and are expected to be ready in the first quarter of 2021.
Addressing an impressive ceremony of businessmen, journalists, and members of the hospitality industry at the Kempinski GoldCoast City Hotel, the Managing Director of the company, Mrs. Eunice Adjei-Bonsu, said the project was inspired by the Group Chairman Dr Kwabena Adjei’s philosophy for excellence.
