The Ghanaian socialite Hajia4Reall allegedly received a denial of bail after requesting some freedom while under house arrest.
Six accusations have been brought against Hajia4REal, and the US court has determined that she does not qualify for release as requested.
The US Department of Justice states that in order to be granted bail, Hajia4Reall must have a job and legal documentation proving her residency in the US.
The judge further stressed the strength of the evidence against Hajia 4Reall and voiced worry that releasing her on bond would put her in danger of fleeing, in violation of US Justice system section 3142-G.
The defense lawyer, Damian Williams, emphasized that a jail sentence of four to seven years might be imposed based on the facts acquired, notably regarding her suspected involvement in a $2 million romantic fraud.
Hajia 4Reall’s future is now even more precarious in light of these most recent events, as she is still dealing with legal issues in the United States.
According to media journalist Kofi Adoma, court records provided by the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, show that the socialite did not fulfill the requirements for a bail request under US law.
A few days after Hajia4Reall went live on Instagram to update her friends and followers on her condition and make the promise that she would soon be joining them in Ghana, it appears that dream will not come true any time soon.
