A Ghanaian-owned real estate business, Revealedtruth Company, has formally petitioned the Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, for assistance in a suspected instance of land fraud involving Captain Nii Kojo Nseni Mankata II.

Revealedtruth Company Limited offered a full summary of the transactions with Asafoatse Nii Kojo Nseni Mankata II in the petition, which was signed by the company’s Director, and voiced worries about the traditional ruler’s apparent inability to fulfill his duties.

According to the petition, the firm was hired by its customer, Starlife National Sales Executives, to help them acquire a piece of property. Following talks, Revealedtruth Company and Asafoatse Nii Kojo Nseni Mankata agreed to purchase an 8-acre plot of property at a cost of GHC320,000.

Despite the company’s full payment, the traditional ruler is said to have broken his promise to handover the agreed-upon piece of land quietly. As a result, Starlife National Sales Executives are considering engaging the Ghana Police Service, placing Revealedtruth Company in jeopardy.

In view of these difficulties, Revealedtruth Company has sought assistance from the Ga Mantse office, expressing trust in the traditional authority’s capacity to resolve the situation quickly and avoid it from growing into a court fight.
