Randy Walters was born on August 15, 1943, in Cheyenne, WY. He was born to parents, Henry and Esther Walters.
Randy Walters was a talented violinist and student. He loved to play and watch sports and became a good runner. Randy Walters met his sweetheart, Sharon, at an A&W root beer stand when she was just 16 and he 17. At that time, they were both dating other people.
Their 59 year old marriage was full of love. Though they also had their challenges, they were proud of their union. A very educated man, Randy received Masters Degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at El Paso. He also obtained a PhD in Mathematics from New Mexico State University.
