Night of Stars Boxing Event Kicks off at Idrowhyt Events Center

The first boxing event of the year at Idrowhyt Events Center is set to take place this evening, featuring some of Ghana’s top boxing talents. The Night of Stars event will include a range of exciting bouts, with fighters such as John Abaja Laryea, aka “the Expensive Boxer,” taking on Solomon Martey for the WBO Africa Featherweight Championship.
Managed by Sammy Anim Addo of Bronx Boxing Promotions, Laryea is hoping to make a name for himself on the international stage. Meanwhile, rising star National Bantamweight Champion Michael Decardi Nelson and WBO Africa Super Welterweight Champion Patrick Allotey will also be in action, facing off against Nigerians Lukman Akinolugbade and Suleiman Jafaru respectively.
In addition to the top-notch boxing, the Night of Stars event will also feature a performance from up-and-coming musician Kiaani. And, for those interested in women’s boxing, there will be a special female boxing show to round out the night.
Tickets for the event are available at 100gh for VIP, 50gh for ring side, and 20gh for the popular stand. The Night of Stars is being organized by Cabic Promotions and Management Syndicate, Bronx Boxing Promotions, and Box Office Sports Promotions.
The event has attracted a number of sponsors, including Ashfoam, Burma Camp Pharmacy, Asamoah Gyan Foundation, and Paradise Pac Mineral Water, among others. Media partners for the event include HSTV, GTV, TV3, Daily Guide, and the Ghanaian Times.
For the most part, the Night of Stars promises to be an exciting and action-packed evening of boxing. Whether you’re a die-hard boxing fan or simply looking for a fun night out, this event is not to be missed.
