The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has given an olive branch to the in-power New Patriotic Party (NPP) in a striking sign of reconciliation and dedication to advancing the country.
In exchange for the NPP agreeing not to pursue retaliation should the NDC win the 2019 elections, the NDC has pledged to make amends for whatever previous wrongs the NPP may have inflicted.
In an interview with Adom News, Godwin Ako Gunn, the NDC’s deputy communications officer, disclosed this noble deed.
He emphasized that this action is in line with the NDC’s goal of encouraging cooperation and agreement to handle important national challenges during their fifth term in power.
During the leadership’s visit, Mr. Gunn was joined by a notable group of NDC members, including Fifi Kwetey, Communications Officer Sammy Gyamfi, and Alex Segbefia, among others.
The main goal of the visit was to strengthen relations with the Multimedia Group in order to ensure that political and media platforms carry out their respective constitutional obligations and, eventually, improve Ghana.
