Meet Reginald Ofosuhene Adjei: The husband of Chef Faila Abdul-Razak supporting her cook-a-thon

Faila Abdul Razak is a Ghanaian chef who is participating in a culinary marathon at the Hotel in Tamale, West Africa’s northernmost city.

Faila has been on the lips of every social media person and Ghanaian since Afua Asantewaa handed over the baton, with an acute number hunting for insights regarding her life.

Lt. Reginald Ofosuhene Adjei is the name of Chef Faila’s spouse and the masculine figure and pillar behind her success, according to reports.

The two lovebirds married on November 1, 2020, at an occasion that guests described as catchy

Lt. Reginald Ofosuhene Adjei is an enlisted military soldier who enjoys and is proud of his profession, as well as his affection for Ghana.

Failatu Abdul-Razak switched on the cooker on the eve of the New Year in 2024 to beat the world record.

She accepts this unprecedented challenge to break the existing record of 119 hours and 57 minutes by cooking for 120 hours or more.

Faila began her voyage on Monday, January 1st, 2025 at Midnight in the Modern City Hotel in Tamale and plans to continue until January 5th or later.

The current official record is held by Alan Fisher, although an unofficial record has been set by a Ugandan cook named Mama D so the Tamale based chef must also break that.
