Man Stabs Brother-In-Law to Death in Nkwanta South, Oti Region

Sad news coming in from Pupsupu, a farming community in the Nkwanta South of the Oti Region, as a 39-year-old man named Selorm Ayi has reportedly stabbed his brother-in-law, Donkor Kofi, to death.

The incident occurred while the two were sleeping in the same room. Selorm, who is said to be battling mental illness, allegedly stabbed Kofi Donkor and hit his head with a pestle, leading to his untimely demise.

According to reports, the deceased had decided to send Selorm to a fetish priest for treatment. It is unclear if he had exhibited any violent behavior in the past or if the family had been seeking treatment for his mental illness.

After committing the heinous crime, Selorm rushed to the Breweniase police station to report himself. The police have since taken him into custody to assist with investigations into the matter.

This tragedy has left the entire community in shock and mourning. The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Nkwanta St. Joseph hospital morgue, and his family and loved ones are understandably devastated by this senseless act of violence.
