The Jägermeister Meisters Expression Festival took over Accra on April 30th and May 1st with an electrifying celebration of living life on your own terms. The festival was a true reflection of Jägermeister’s values, embracing nonconformity, and empowering individuals to become masters of their own craft. The event took place at The Underbridge, where the venue was transformed into an avant-garde set-up with vibrant hues of green and orange, bringing to life the brand’s penchant for standing out.
The first day of the festival began with the ‘AfterDark Concert,’ with two of Accra’s finest hypemen engaging the crowd with electrifying music. The DJs TTB and Baggio kept the crowd raving with their exceptional selection of tunes from across the continent. The night’s energy reached new heights with incredible performances from Niniola, Efya, Young Jonn, and Stone Bwoy, reminding everyone why they’re at the top of their game.
Day 2 was just as exciting, with guests donning their best ‘fashionably disruptive’ outfits. Dancegod and his team set the tone for the night with a high-energy performance, followed by unforgettable performances from Sefa, iPhone DJ, and DarkoVibes. The Compozers wrapped up the night with a medley of top Afro-hits.
The Meisters Expression Festival wasn’t just about music; it was an experience that left everyone craving for more. The art installations by walking artiste Glenn Samm were awe-inspiring, with incredible art designs in human forms and wall art on display. The ice-cold Kuhl Jägermeister shots and cocktails kept the energy flowing all night long, and the bodyguards even showed up with masked faces matching the theme of the event.
For the most part, the festival embodied Jägermeister’s message of being a Meister at what you do and living life to the fullest. It was a celebration of nonconformity and empowerment, and guests left feeling inspired to take charge of their lives and become masters of their craft. The Meisters Expression Festival was not just a festival; it was a movement committed to empowering individuals to #BeTheMeister.
