Alan Kyerematen, an independent running for president, would likely prevail in the 2024 election, according to his wife Patricia Christable Kyerematen.
This was said by Mrs. Kyerematen in a press conference following the former Trade Minister’s public announcement of his intention.
The ecstatic wife praised her husband as a nice man and the visionary Ghana needs.
She claims that all indications are pointing in the direction of the former New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate.
“I’m giving him every support with the strength that God has given me because you will agree with me that the signal is clear. It is more than possible that this will happen. He is a good man—the man of vision Ghana needs, and there is nothing impossible if God permits it,” she said.
At the press conference, Mr. Kyerematen also declared his departure from the NPP and his intention to lead the Movement for Change, a party oriented on young people, to power in 2024.
He stated that his choice was motivated by his conviction that using this strategy would allow him to more effectively represent Ghanaians’ interests.
