IGP Dampare lead songs and praises at 31st Night service

The Ghana Police Service deserves praise for the protection it provided during 31st Night services performed around the country at various churches and worship centers to usher Ghanaians into the year 2024.

The police went on a 31st December Night Security Tour around the country to boost security, assure safety, and maintain law and order at the numerous crossing service locations.

Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), also led a team to certain worship centers in Accra, the nation’s capital.

He paid a visit to the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC) in Kokomlemle, Accra, where the service was presided over by Apostle Eric Nyamekye, head of the Church of Pentecost, Ghana.

When the IGP grabbed the microphone to address the audience, he couldn’t help but lead the crowd in singing gratitude to God for the gift of a new year.

In a viral video spotted by GhanaWeb, the IGP and his staff can be seen happily dancing and singing on the stage.
