The jobless University of Education (Winneba) graduate hopes to beat the reading-aloud marathon record, an ambition that has driven his enthusiasm for reading.
He claims to be able to read 90-100 volumes in a single day.

When questioned about the books he’d be reading for his read-aloud marathon, Isaac said that they’re being reviewed and that he’d first submit them to Guinness World Records before starting his marathon.

Isaac’s lofty ambition is placed against the backdrop of Kyrgyzstan’s current record-holder, Rysbai Isakov.

Isakov set the record for the longest marathon reading aloud, lasting 124 hours in Bursa, Turkey, from September 22 to September 27, 2022.

Isakov’s commitment to reading the “Manas epic,” a renowned hero narrative from the 10th century beloved by the Kyrgyz people, has set a high standard for Isaac to meet.
