Yaw Dabo, a Ghanaian actor and proprietor of the illustrious Dabo Soccer Academy, has discussed the key values preserved at his prestigious football academy, highlighting discipline and the need of establishing excellent manners in young players.
Dabo recalled a remarkable episode that represented the academy’s dedication to discipline in an appearance on Plus One TV.
He described how one of the players made the decision to get an eyebrow incision, which is a trendy fashion trend, but the decision was quickly punished.
But after getting advice and therapy, the young athlete admitted he was really sorry for what he had done.
The founder made it clear that messy haircuts and improper attire were strictly forbidden at Dabo Soccer Academy.
The academy wanted to develop professionalism and respect in prospective football players by enforcing a dress code, putting them on the correct track both on and off the field.
Yaw Dabo places a strong focus on etiquette and discipline since he firmly believes that young players’ personalities are shaped by these principles.
He fervently believes that by imparting discipline at a young age, sportsmen create a solid basis for success, not just in their sporting careers but also in other facets of life.
