Gyakie’s parents: Who are Gyakie’s parents?
Gyakie is from a family which is full of musical talents. Gyakie’s father is the Legendary Nana Acheampong and her mother is called Mariam Acheampong. Ernest “Owoahene” Nana Acheampong, popularly known as Nana Acheampong, is a Ghanaian Highlife musician.
He is also the other half of the famous Lumba brothers who popularized Burger-highlife in Ghana. Nana Acheampong is also known as the Champion Lover Boy. Gyakie has captured the hearts of Ghanaian listeners with her soulful voice and love-themed songs.
Gyakie was adjudged the Woman of the Year for the 3Music Awards 2022 during the 3Music Women’s brunch. Gyakie also got featured in Grammys Herbal Tea and white sofas interview, a new series where artists reveal their backstage must-haves.
