Great Olympics coach, Bismark Kobby Mensah, is determined to keep his team in the Ghana Premier League despite their poor run of form. The club has had a tough season, winning only two games out of seven since Kobby Mensah took over from former coach Yaw Preko. However, the team did manage to secure a crucial victory over rivals Hearts of Oak.

In an interview with 3Sports on GPL Express, Kobby Mensah expressed his confidence in the team’s ability to turn things around. “It has not been very bad and it has not been good. I think that I have a challenge in my hand and I believe that looking at the response from players, everybody is trying his best,” he said.

Kobby Mensah went on to explain that if everyone involved with the team does their part, they can succeed in their mission to avoid relegation. “If all of us can play our parts well, I think [we will succeed]. The first objective is to make sure that the team is still in the premiership which for me we are on course,” he added.

Great Olympics are currently sitting just above the relegation zone in 15th place with 31 points after winning only eight out of 25 games. However, their recent victory over Berekum Chelsea has given them a boost in confidence ahead of their upcoming match against Aduana Stars on April 15.

Despite the challenges, Kobby Mensah remains optimistic and determined to lead his team to success. With his experience and expertise, he hopes to guide Great Olympics to a better position in the league table and secure their place in the Ghana Premier League for another season.
