A hit-and-run vehicle tore through Mukase Chic’s hut and destroyed it, according to the owner of a well-known waakye establishment in East Legon.
On Sunday, July 23, 2023, about 11:47 p.m., according to a Twitter account owned by @jaymukasechic, the occurrence took place.
Even though he is still on the run, the suspect was reportedly driving a white, unregistered Benz, according to the report.
The driver almost knocked down a security guard while departing, it was further stated, and refused to stop to see that the damage was repaired.
“At 11:47 p.m., we unexpectedly received a phone reporting that a car had struck and fled from our hut in Shiashie.
The tweet stated that the driver of the white Benz 4matic, which was fast and had a DV number, “rushed inside our shack, saw people assembling, turned around, and attempted to attack the security guard and a woman nearby.”
Mukase Chic also revealed that although a number plate had been left at the scene of the damage, the Ghana Police Service had determined that it was not the vehicle’s original number plate.
“After the driver departed, this was what was left behind. Please contact us if you are aware of any white 4matic Benz vehicles with this DO number that have lost their front components.
The police have also informed us that the DV plate is a fake, it continued.
Police are looking into the situation right now.
