Faila Abdul Razak, a Ghanaian chef, launched a culinary marathon at the Hotel in Tamale, in the country’s northern region, on January 1, 2024.

Failatu Abdul-Razak has already completed 72 hours, and she just needs a few more to officially beat Hilda Baci’s and the Irish chef’s record.

Faila undertook this remarkable challenge with the objective of beating the current record of 119 hours and 57 minutes by cooking for at least 120 hours.

In addition to demonstrating Chef Faila’s culinary expertise, this enormous endeavor aims to create a new benchmark in the culinary business.

She’s made chicken and curry rice, plain rice with beef sauce, tuo-zaafi with ayoyo soup, fufu with soup, and many more delicacies.
