The Attorney General (AG) has come under fire from Eric Adjei, the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) Deputy Bono Regional Director of Communications, for his remarks about the bombshell galamsey report written by Professor Kwabena Frimpong Boateng, the former Environment Minister.
According to a report released by Chief State Attorney Evelyn Keelson, Prof. Frimpong Boateng’s 36-page dossier had no proof.
The State Attorney suggested that the police release all individuals, with the exception of those who are still being investigated, including Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and Gabby Otchere-Darko, who were listed in the report.
In response to this, Eric Adjei stated on Dwaso Nsem, Adom FM’s morning show, that the persons included in the report provide sufficient proof for prosecution.
But, he knows the hands of the Attorney General, Godfred Dame is tied because of the bigwigs in government mentioned in the galamsey report.
To Eric Adjei, Prof. Frimpong Boateng can never win a fight against the state.
