ECG regrets any inconvenience the exercise may cause to its customers in these areas. This is a routine maintenance exercise that ECG has been conducting periodically to ensure that their service delivery is at its best.

ECG advises customers to take the necessary precautions during the exercise and to also turn off all electrical appliances in their homes and offices to prevent any damage that may occur due to power surges.

It is important for customers in these affected areas to be aware of the scheduled maintenance works and to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. ECG encourages customers to contact their customer service center or visit their website for any further inquiries or updates regarding the exercise.
