in around 6:00 p.m., a tragic collision involving a Rhino vehicle with registration number GR 6413-19 and a tricycle with markings M-22-GS 9357 happened in Begoro in the Eastern area, resulting in the death of a lady.
The woman in the trike, only known as Pat, was ran over by the Rhino truck and died from her injuries, making the incident a tragic event.
The rider of the trike and another passenger were seriously hurt and had to be taken to the hospital right away.
Emergency services, such as the Ghana Fire Service, the Police Service, and NADMO, were quickly notified and dispatched to the location in order to guarantee the safety of all parties concerned.
The remains of the deceased have been conveyed to the morgue for further examination, facilitating necessary procedures for her burial.
