Brynx Haven Hotels, owned by architect and CEO Isaac Hayford, has launched its second boutique hotel in Accra, Ghana. Hayford believes that the hospitality industry needs to offer more customised services and products to cater to individual needs and preferences. The new nine-bedroom hotel in Ashieyie near Adenta offers personalised services and products that focus on clients’ unique needs.
The hotel has five executive rooms and four standard rooms with bespoke amenities such as a kitchen where guests can interact with the chef and watch the preparation of their meals. The hotel has large-screen televisions and beautiful art pieces, as well as DSTV and the latest movies on demand at no extra cost.
Hayford’s belief that patrons of hospitality services no longer seek mass-produced services is evident in the unique ambiance of the hotel’s rooms, gorgeous spaces, and nicely crafted closets and bathrooms. The CEO emphasised that health needs are paramount and non-negotiable for many patrons. The hotel aims to cater to these needs by offering healthy meals tailored to the individual needs of guests. For example, a diabetic guest may not want certain ingredients in their meals, and the hotel should be able to provide healthy and acceptable options.
In a nutshell, Brynx Haven Hotels is a welcome addition to the hospitality industry in Ghana, offering customised services and products that cater to individual preferences and needs. The industry needs to adapt to the changing preferences of patrons and provide bespoke services that set them apart from mass-produced services.
Hayford’s vision for the future of the hospitality industry is one that focuses on the individual, providing personalised services and products that create a home away from home experience for guests. With the launch of the new hotel in Accra, Brynx Haven Hotels is setting the standard for boutique hotels in Ghana.
