According to his obituary, he was listed as Jorge Ignacio Pastore. However, he was widely known as George by those who knew him. Jorge Pastore passed away on Saturday, November 11th, 2023 at the age of 38.
A very amazing man, his purpose in life was to protect other people. Jorge Pastore was born in Glendale, California. At a young age, he moved to Florida where he developed a passion for martial arts.
Together with his beloved wife Kim, Jorge Pastore opened Champions for Life, where he taught numerous children. He and his wife enjoyed travelling, music, staying active, and loved their dogs Champ and Bella.

Jorge Pastore died in line of duty on November 11th, 2023. He was hit by a gunfire as his SWAT team attempted a rescue in South Austin. That must have been a very painful death!
Jorge Pastore left behind his loving wife Kim, his stepchildren Connor, Trevor, and Taylor. He is also survived by his mother Lourdes, his father Jorge (wife Yesica) and their three children and his siblings.
