Afriyie Akoto to shake Ashanti Region with his ‘Message of Hope’


Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, a presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), will deliver his “Message of Hope” to the party’s stronghold in the Ashanti Region next week.

On November 4, 2023, Dr. Akoto is anticipated to utilize this speech to mobilize support for his flagbearership desire.


The Cambridge University trained economist who is quickly winning over the hearts of NPP delegates and, in the process, changing the narrative surrounding the party’s flagbearership race, will meet with a specialized group of delegates of the UP tradition at various locations in the area from Monday, October 2 to Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Dr. Akoto would increase his travels from the Northern Region to the Bono and Ahafo areas, the Eastern Region, and lastly the Greater Accra areas.
