A kick-off campaign in Ghana called “Year of Return, Ghana 2019” inspired many people of color to discover their origins and take advantage of new chances there.
Since then, Ghana has experienced a rise in the number of foreigners and blacks from the diaspora, particularly around the holiday season.
Following the campaign, prominent people including WWE champion Kofi Kingston, Idris Elba, Boris Codjoe, Usher, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, and Chance the Rapper visited the nation. Among the concrete advantages of this campaign are increased tourism income, investment agreements, alliances in numerous industries, and closure for the African diaspora.
An innovative event called the “Ghana-Diaspora Property Festival” brings together real estate developers and members of the diaspora community to discuss investment possibilities in Ghana.
The festival’s organizers hope to draw the top real estate developers from around the world and locally to display their properties there. They also hope to establish a one-stop shop for all things real estate, including furniture, sanitary ware, interior design, and building supplies.
This December 2023, the eponymous first edition will take place in the energetic metropolis of Accra. In addition to local and international exhibitors, the event will feature real estate developers, suppliers, construction businesses, banks, and insurance agencies.
One of the festival’s main goals is to foster business connections and develop chances for investment by bringing together all these exhibitors and experts from all backgrounds within the business sector.
A vibrant exhibition of cuisine, culture, and entertainment will be presented. Thousands of participants, both locally and from the diaspora, are anticipated for the event.
Political stability, strong returns on investment, ease of accessibility, a rapidly expanding market, and attractive incentives are just a few of the many reasons to invest in Ghana. It is also a no-brainer to invest in Ghana’s real estate market. All exhibitors are welcome to register for the “Ghana-Diaspora Property Festival” without charge. All purchases made by event guests will be rewarded with incentives including discounts up to 15% off all products and exclusive networking opportunities.
