During the engagement, more than 250 final-year students at Tamale Technical University were educated on various topics, including financial management, leadership, workplace culture, career strengths, and how to start a business.

ReadytoWork utilises modern tenets of entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial management to provide Ghanaian youths with the necessary skills to compete in the job market. The initiative also has a webinar series, which is a leading platform for empowering and equipping the youth with modern skills to transition from school into the world of work.
